We are seeking an experienced IATF Lead Auditor with 6-10 years of experience in the automotive sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading IATF 16949 audits, ensuring compliance with quality management systems, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of IATF standards and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead and conduct IATF 16949 audits for automotive suppliers to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Develop and maintain audit plans, schedules, and reports in alignment with IATF standards.
- Identify non-conformities and areas for improvement during audits and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their processes and provide guidance on best practices for IATF compliance.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on IATF standards and audit processes.




- Stay updated with changes in IATF standards and industry regulations to ensure audits are relevant and effective.
- Facilitate corrective action plans and follow-up audits to ensure resolution of identified issues.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- IATF 16949 Lead Auditor certification from a recognized body.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in quality management systems auditing, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and ISO 9001:2015.
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits, with a proven track record of successful audit outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Robust communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
