- Design and deploy Aera Skills that digitize supply chain processes, including inventory optimization, order fulfillment, and logistics management
- Work with Solution Architects to convert business requirements into configurable logic and data flows using Aera s proprietary development tools
- Configure data ingestion pipelines, define key metrics, create decision logic, and develop user interfaces within the Aera platform
- Work with various teams to ensure accurate data mapping, model design, and decision outputs
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Skills prior to deployment
- Monitor and maintain existing Skills, implementing enhancements and fixes as necessary
- Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the development team
