- Manage and oversee a local marketing agency, ensuring deliverables align with Harness s brand standards and objectives.
- Plan and execute regional events, including conferences, meetups, and community activations, to drive awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with India leadership and global marketing to adapt messaging and campaigns for local impact.
- Support internal communications and employee branding programs to strengthen culture and engagement.
About You
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS.
- Robust expertise in communications, content, and social media (especially LinkedIn).
- Proven ability to own both strategy and hands-on execution.
- Experience leading marketing in India for a global brand, with a robust understanding of localization and alignment with global strategy.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, content, and social media (especially LinkedIn).
- Strong relationships with Indian technology media and familiarity with the regional ecosystem.
- Experience managing marketing agencies, vendors, and PR partners.
- Background in employer branding, employee communications, and talent marketing.
- Demonstrated success running high-impact events.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Collaborative self-starter who thrives in a global, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
