- Degree in Engineering
- Management skills and a minimum of 10 years of industrial experience, preferably in the railway industry
- Technical experience in Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and manufacturing work instructions
- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP
- Understanding of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems
- Effective communication skills in English and Hindi
- Decisiveness and the ability to coach others
