As a Survey Manager in the Survey Management EU Team, you will play a key role in the delivery of research projects with a focus on a large global comms agency, as the linchpin between the client facing teams and the operational teams, ensuring surveys run smoothly throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is dedicated to servicing a large global comms agency only.

There are a variety of different surveys/projects associated with this account, providing you with the chance to work with different internal stakeholders and projects associated with this client.

As part of this role you will:

- Be part of the Research Services department, critical to the success of achieving YouGov's business OKRs for 24/25.
- Gain exposure to the three different teams within Research Services (CENX Client Services, Survey Management and YouGov Self Serve), offering a wealth of experience and development opportunities.
- Attend the kick-off calls with Researchers to go through project details (once signed off by the client).
- Be the interface between Operations and Client Services - project managing the complete lifecycle of the project.




- Script basic-medium complexity surveys in our in-house software.
- Liaise with the scripting department for support with more complex surveys.
- Check multiple surveys in different languages.
- Be responsible for logging and updating milestones through our Ops Request tool.
- Liaise with the Operations team for populating/updating chart decks for trackers.
- Format tables and check Crunch Links to be sent to clients.
