Job Title: Structural Engineer – Telecom (Design)

Applicable to: B.Tech (Civil) 1-3 years (experience of drafting, architecture, or civil engineering)

Reports to: Design Head

Role and Purpose of the position:

The Structural Engineer is responsible for designing, analyzing, and developing structural systems, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations to deliver protected and sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

 Conduct thorough structural analysis for buildings and structures using industry-standard software (STAADpro, etc.)

 Design structural components (beams, columns, foundations, etc.) ensuring compliance with IS Codes and industry regulations

 Prepare comprehensive design reports detailing calculations, assumptions, and design decisions

 Ensure accuracy and timeliness of design deliverables

 Work closely with the drafting team to develop accurate structural drawings and models.

 Ensure IS Code compliance in design and analysis, addressing any deviations or discrepancies





 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, etc.) to ensure integrated design solutions

 Prepare and verify BOQ for structures/buildings under guidance, ensuring accurate quantification of materials (Steel, RCC, etc.) Key Performance

Indicators:

 Quality and Accuracy - Achieve 99% error-free drawings and models and maintain 100% compliance with industry standards and regulations.

 Productivity and Efficiency - Completion of assigned design reports per week/month within the pre-defined TAT.

 Collaboration and Communication – Ensure to receive positive feedback from cross-functional teams, timely response to requests for information and active participation in design meetings and discussions.

 Project Delivery – Ensure on-time delivery of designs and reports, meeting project deadlines within the pre-defined TAT and to ensure Client satisfaction.
