The Design Engineer is responsible for designing, analyzing, and developing structural systems, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations to deliver secure and sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

- To carryout structural analysis & design
- Prepare design reports
- Get structural drawings prepared by drafting Team
- To prepare the B.O.Q. of structure/building
- To check design/ drawings prepared by Assistant Engineers/Designers

Key Performance Indicators:

- Production of deliverable (Designs/Reports)
- Quality of Production
- Responsibility to complete task at hand
- Error free production
- Interest shown in other company activities

Qualifications and Skills:

- Basic knowledge in STAADpro
- Basic knowledge in AutoCAD
- Basic knowledge BOQ preparation (Steel & RCC)
- Basic knowledge RCC & Steel analysis & design
- Basic knowledge of IS Codes
- Ability to work & learn under guidanc
