Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement automation strategy and roadmap
- Identify automation opportunities using process analysis and process mapping
- Lead automation projects, POCs, and workflow implementations
- Work on AI-driven automation use cases
- Collaborate with IT, Product, QA, and Business teams
- Design and manage API integrations and system workflows
- Track automation KPIs: cost reduction, effort savings, focus on ROI and business outcomes (not just tools)
- Lead UAT, testing, and deployment of solutions
- Manage and mentor a team of specialists for automation execution

Required Skills

- Experience in Automation Tools / Low-code platforms
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath (preferred)
- Robust understanding of business process automation (BPA)
- Experience in workflow design and process optimisation
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in business transformation/operations excellence
- Knowledge of Agile/project delivery frameworks
