Role Description The Preferred RM Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading and managing a team of Relationship Managers serving preferred clients. This role oversees client portfolio management, ensures high levels of service delivery, and drives revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling of investment and broking products. The Preferred RM Head sets performance targets, monitors daily activities, and supports the team in addressing client queries, resolving issues, and managing risk. Daily responsibilities include reviewing client accounts, tracking market developments,



coordinating with internal departments for seamless execution, and preparing regular performance and compliance reports. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, maintaining strong client relationships, and implementing strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Robust relationship management and client servicing abilities, with experience handling high-value or preferred clients.
- Solid understanding of equity markets, investment products, and brokerage operations, preferably within Indian financial services.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including setting targets, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including comfort with data, reports, and risk assessment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, NCFM) are an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office and common CRM or broking platforms; ability to adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
- Prior experience in a similar role within stock broking, wealth management, or financial advisory is highly preferred.
