Role Description The Product Intern (Unpaid) will support product specialists and the product team in day-to-day activities, including gathering user requirements, assisting with product documentation, and helping coordinate product-related tasks. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves conducting basic market and competitor research, tracking product performance metrics, and assisting in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.



The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, customer service, and operations to understand product needs and ensure smooth implementation of product initiatives. Responsibilities also include responding to internal product queries, supporting product training materials, and contributing ideas to improve the product experience.
Qualifications

- Ability to support product specialists and product teams, with interest in product management or product operations.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide basic insights.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting information clearly.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to understand user needs and support user-focused product improvements.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and how products support revenue and client success.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools, especially spreadsheets and presentation software.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
