Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our community, and generate leads across multiple platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of the mental health and rehabilitation sector, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end video production, with strong experience working with videographers, editors, and other production professionals to create engaging social media content.
- Have a strong understanding of how to plan and execute video shoots, including developing shoot concepts, creating briefs, coordinating with videographers, and ensuring the right shots are captured for editing.
- Develop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand values, marketing goals, and target audience.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, and You Tube with regular, engaging content tailored for addiction and mental health awareness.
- Create content calendars with a mix of static posts, videos, reels, infographics, stories, and reactive posts that highlight services, success stories, expert insights, and community engagement.




- Collaborate with the content, design, and video teams to produce high-quality, brand-consistent posts.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to keep brand at the forefront of digital engagement in the rehabilitation sector.
- Use social listening and analytics tools to track performance metrics, campaign ROI, and audience behavior; prepare detailed monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation professionally and empathetically.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and maintain sensitivity around mental health and addiction topics.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging platforms, and innovative content formats.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 plus years of proven experience managing social media for healthcare, rehabilitation, or mental health-related organizations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and paid advertising strategies (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.).
- Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or Adobe Suite).
- Experience with video content, reels, and story-driven marketing preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies for growth.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Empathy and sensitivity toward mental health and addiction issues in all communications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team setting.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience handling crisis communication or sensitive topics online.
- Familiarity with local languages is a plus.
