Dynamics Monk is a technology and consulting organization specializing in Microsoft Dynamics
365, Power Platform, Cloud, AI, and enterprise digital transformation solutions. We are looking
for an experienced Senior HR Operations Executive to lead and strengthen our HR operations,
employee lifecycle management, talent processes, compliance, and people practices as the
organization continues to grow.
Role Overview
The Senior HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR
operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR policies and
compliance, supporting workforce planning, and partnering with business leaders on peoplerelated initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations within an IT/technology
organization, excellent stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to independently
manage HR processes while building scalable people practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, documentation, background
verification, induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
Establish and continuously improve HR operational processes and SOPs.
Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR-related concerns.
2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Partner with business and technology leaders to understand manpower requirements
and workforce plans.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers for timely closure of positions.
Support hiring for technical and non-technical roles across Dynamics 365, Power
Platform, Azure, AI, Sales, Delivery, and Corporate functions.
Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, hiring pipeline,
and attrition.
Ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding experience for new employees.
3. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies aligned with organizational requirements
and applicable employment regulations.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, POSH,
payrollrelated processes, and company policies.
Maintain proper HR documentation and records for audits.
Coordinate with external consultants/vendors for statutory and compliance matters
where required.
Regularly review HR processes to identify compliance gaps and risks.
4. Performance Management
Own and administer the performance management cycle, including goal setting,
performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback.
Work with managers to establish measurable KRAs/KPIs.
Support performance improvement plans (PIPs) and employee development initiatives.
Track performance review completion and ensure timely documentation.
5. Employee Engagement & Retention
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve employee experience
and retention.
Conduct employee satisfaction/engagement surveys and analyze feedback.
Organize employee connect programs, town halls, team-building activities, recognition
programs, and HR initiatives.
Identify employee concerns and work with leadership to address them proactively.
Monitor attrition trends and develop retention strategies.
6. Payroll & Benefits Coordination
Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll
processing.
Validate employee attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, reimbursements, and
other payroll inputs.
Manage employee benefits and insurance-related coordination.
Resolve payroll and benefits-related employee queries.
7. HR Technology & Data Management
Manage HRMS/HRIS systems and ensure employee data accuracy.
Maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports covering:
o Headcount
o Attrition
o Hiring
o Employee movement
o Attendance & leave
o Performance
o Employee engagement
Use HR data and analytics to support management decision-making.
Drive automation and digitization of HR processes wherever possible.
8. Employee Relations
Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflicts, and workplace concerns
professionally.
Support managers in employee-related decisions and HR processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Promote a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture.
9. HR Strategy & Leadership
Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute the people strategy.
Build scalable HR processes suitable for a growing technology organization.
Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
Develop HR policies, frameworks, and SOPs as the organization scales.
Provide regular HR insights and recommendations to leadership.
10. Exit & Offboarding Management
Manage resignation, notice period, clearance, knowledge transfer, exit interviews, and
full & final settlement coordination.
Analyze exit interview feedback and identify recurring reasons for attrition.
Ensure timely issuance of relieving and experience documentation.
Maintain proper exit records and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
4-5years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within an IT/Software/Technology
organization.
Strong understanding of complete employee lifecycle management.
Experience managing HR operations for a growing organization.
Strong knowledge of recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management,
employee engagement, and employee relations.
Good understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms and HR reporting.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and HR analytics skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to independently manage multiple HR processes and priorities.
Experience working with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Education
MBA / PGDM / Master's Degree in Human Resources, HR Management, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline is required.
