Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and basic web elements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves collaborating with marketing, branding, and content teams to translate briefs into visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include developing logo concepts, refining layouts, selecting and applying typography, and preparing production-ready files. The role also includes adapting existing designs for different formats, maintaining design consistency across campaigns,



and participating in brainstorming sessions. The Junior Graphic Designer will receive guidance from senior designers and is expected to be open to feedback, eager to learn, and proactive in improving design skills.
Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual compositions.
- Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding, including understanding of visual identity, color usage, and brand consistency.
- Working knowledge of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across digital and print formats.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) and basic familiarity with design systems.
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating design projects, academic work, or freelance assignments that showcase creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow briefs, manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional workplace.
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques, openness to feedback, and interest in branding, marketing, and user-centered design.
