We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Inside Sales Advisor who can engage confidently with parents, build trust, manage a fast-moving sales pipeline and deliver results.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys selling and making things happen.
What You’ll Do
Speak with prospective parents and students every day
Understand their aspirations, needs and concerns
Qualify leads and recommend the right Uni Visory program
Build trust through confident, high-quality conversations
Own your pipeline — calls, follow-ups, strategy sessions and next steps
Follow up consistently and move opportunities towards enrolment
Work towards clear activity and conversion targets
Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline management
Who We’re Looking For
1–4 years of sales/ Inside Sales.
Exceptional freshers with excellent communication, high energy and a natural flair for sales will also be considered.
Excellent spoken English and polished communication
Solid sales instinct and ability to influence
High energy and comfortable with significant daily calling
Relentless with follow-ups
Comfortable with targets and accountability
Strong ownership — you don't wait for things to happen
Hunger to perform, earn and grow
Education experience is useful, but not essential.
We care more about communication, sales ability, ownership and results than industry labels.
