Role Description The Jewelry Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of gold and silver jewelry pieces. The associate will present product features, explain pricing and certifications, and ensure a positive and informed shopping experience. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, handling billing and basic documentation, managing stock on the sales floor, and keeping the showroom clean and organized. The role also includes resolving customer queries, supporting after-sales service,



and contributing to meeting sales targets while upholding the brand's reputation for trust and quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with a diverse customer base.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Customer Experience skills to create an engaging, welcoming, and trustworthy showroom environment.
- Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills to assist in product selection, close sales effectively, and support daily sales operations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to learn product specifications, purity standards, and certification details.
- Basic numerical skills for handling billing, discounts, and cash or digital transactions accurately.
- Prior experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or similar customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and peak festive seasons.
