Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: M.Sc. / M.F.Sc. in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Aquatic Biology, or related field

MBA: Preferred, but not mandatory

Experience: 10+ years in aquaculture, aqua feed, feed supplements, probiotics, veterinary/aqua healthcare, or related industry

Sales & Business Development: Strong experience in dealer/distributor management and territory expansion

Travel: Should be willing to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh, and other assigned markets

Dealer Coordination: Maintain existing dealer relationships, appoint recent dealers/distributors, and improve dealer sales

Business Growth: Responsible for increasing sales, developing new markets, and achieving business targets

Business Promotion: Plan and execute product promotions, dealer meetings, farmer meetings, field demonstrations, campaigns, exhibitions, and other promotional activities

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors, pricing, products, farmer requirements,



and market trends

Coordination: Coordinate between the company, dealers, distributors, sales teams, and customers

Reporting: Provide regular sales, market, competitor, and business-development reports to management
