Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across retail and oil and gas consulting projects. The role involves leading project teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery, managing budgets and resource allocation, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.



The General Manager will coordinate project planning, execution, and review, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service standards. This position also includes responsibility for business development support, risk management, compliance with industry regulations, and mentoring team members to achieve organizational goals.
