What you will own

- Daily clinic operations: support opening and closing, attendance, hygiene, consumables, equipment readiness, SOP checks, and issue closure.
- Front-office performance: improve inquiry conversion, show rates, follow-ups, recalls, patient feedback, reviews and referrals.
- Patient experience: track service gaps, coordinate quick resolutions, and keep every interaction respectful and patient-first.
- Local execution: coordinate doctors, front-office teams, assistants, and vendors; maintain clean trackers and dependable follow-through.
- Lead generation and outreach: identify clinics, build lead lists, make cold calls, and secure qualified doctor meetings.
- Doctor meetings and demos: understand clinic workflows, present the software clearly, run demos and answer practical questions.
- Pipeline and conversion: maintain follow-up stages, advance opportunities, support closure, and share field feedback.

Qualifications





- Strong operations and operations management skills, with experience in overseeing day-to-day processes and improving efficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, track performance indicators, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with doctors, clinic teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a structured, in office healthcare or service operations environment; prior experience in clinic or hospital operations is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and adapt to a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Comfort with using technology platforms and operational tools to monitor and improve clinic performance.

- A hands-on operator who can solve a clinic issue and open a sales conversation.
- Low ego, high ownership, and disciplined follow-through.
- Comfortable with targets, rejection, and repeated follow-up without being pushy.
- Listens to a doctor's workflow, identifies the need, and runs a clear product demo.
- Patient-first, ethical, and respectful of clinical autonomy.

Please note: The salary range for this role is INR 35k-45k per month.
