Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced CA Inter-qualified professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Accounts, Audit & Compliance.

The selected candidate will be involved in managing and reviewing assignments across accounting, audit, taxation, statutory compliance, and client advisory functions. The role also involves coordinating with team members, supervising assignments, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Handle and review accounting, bookkeeping, financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Assist with statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other assurance engagements.
- Manage Income Tax, GST, TDS, tax filings, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Review and guide junior team members to ensure accuracy and timely completion of assignments.
- Coordinate with clients for documents, clarifications, reporting, and completion of engagements.

Skills Required

- CA Inter qualified candidates preferred.
- Articleship completed or substantial practical exposure in a CA firm is preferred.
- Relevant experience in accounts, audit, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
- Working knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and related compliance matters.
- Good understanding of audit procedures and documentation.
- Ability to independently handle assignments and coordinate with clients.
