Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about talent acquisition We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Executive or Senior HR Executive to join our team in Mohali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive our recruitment initiatives, focusing on bulk hiring and ensuring a seamless end-to-end hiring process to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Execute comprehensive bulk hiring strategies to meet aggressive staffing requirements across various departments.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and extend offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and generate insightful reports on hiring metrics.




- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-6 years in full-cycle recruitment, with significant expertise in bulk hiring.
- Hands-on proficiency with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Demonstrated strong capabilities in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A target-oriented and proactive approach to achieving recruitment goals and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
