About the Company

A Big-4-style qualified-services firm is building its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a contracts specialist for its procurement function. You will own the paperwork that protects the firm and keeps supplier relationships clean. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Procurement Contract Manager, you will own the supplier contract lifecycle - drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, then managing renewals, obligations, and compliance. You sit between procurement, legal, and suppliers to keep terms tight and risk low.

Key Responsibilities

Contracting

- Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts, MSAs, and SOWs
- Align commercial terms with legal, finance, and procurement
- Manage a clean contract repository with clear version control

Lifecycle & Compliance

- Track renewals, expiries, obligations, and service levels




- Flag contractual risk and ensure adherence to firm policy

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in contract management, procurement, or commercial roles
- Strong grasp of contract terms, risk, and supplier obligations
- Sharp attention to detail and confident negotiation skills
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to contract-lifecycle-management (CLM) tools
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or a GCC
- A degree in law, business, or supply chain
