Role Description The Internal Technical Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in South Goa, responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for internal teams. This role includes designing training content and materials on Spintly's wireless access control solutions, BLE-Mesh technology, and related platforms. The trainer will conduct classroom and hands-on sessions, onboard new team members, and provide refresher trainings to ensure consistent technical proficiency. Daily activities involve assessing training needs, creating structured curricula,



maintaining up-to-date documentation, and collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to align training with current features and best practices. The role also includes tracking training effectiveness, gathering feedback, and continuously improving training methods and tools.
Qualifications

- Experience in Technical Training and Training & Development, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
- Background as Technical Trainers or in similar learning and development roles focused on internal teams.
- Robust Communication and Training skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with access control systems, networking, or IoT technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to design structured training content, presentations, and hands-on labs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and stakeholders.
- Comfort working on-site in South Goa and collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer support teams.
- Relevant degree or certification in engineering, information technology, education, or a related field is preferred.
