About GROW Program

GROW is our skill development initiative for young Indians from low-income households. GROW centers address the vast disconnect between the demand and supply of skilled human resources. A 60-days training program on Core Employability Skills like communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude ensures that there is a significant skill shift among trainees. Trainees are provided with placement opportunities after the training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft Skills, and Work Readiness.

• Prepare and follow the approved training plan and session calendar.

• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners.

• Identify learner needs and support improvement in skills, confidence, and employability.

• Provide post-placement counselling and workplace handholding to aspirants.

• Coordinate with guest lecturers and industry representatives for field visits and sector-readiness activities.





• Maintain training records and documentation as required.

• Support the center in other training and learner-related activities as required.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Strong training, facilitation, and classroom management skills.

• Experience in lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and learner engagement.

• Excellent communication skills in English and the relevant local language.

• Proficiency in MS Office, email, presentations, and digital learning tools.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of young learners.

• Robust organizational and time-management skills.

• Patient, adaptable, learner-focused, and committed to social impact.

• Prior experience in vocational training, employability programs, youth development, or community-based training will be an advantage.
