Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Surendranagar. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, corporate clients, and individual customers to support insurance sales and services. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, explaining suitable insurance products, coordinating policy issuance and renewals, and resolving service-related queries. The Relationship Manager will conduct regular follow-ups, support partner training and onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and a positive customer experience. The role also involves tracking relationship performance,



identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and adhering to regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Qualifications

- Ability to develop and manage long-term client and partner relationships, including trust-building, regular communication, and proactive issue resolution.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the capacity to explain insurance products clearly and handle objections professionally.
- Basic sales and negotiation capabilities, with comfort in meeting targets and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple accounts, follow up on documentation, and ensure timely policy processing.
- Working knowledge of insurance concepts or financial services; prior experience in insurance, banking, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, customer management systems) and the ability to learn recent platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in relationship management will also be considered.
- Comfort working on-site in Surendranagar, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
