Role Description The Electrical and Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting industrial control systems, including PLC, HMI, and related electrical infrastructure. Day-to-day activities include developing control logic, preparing electrical schematics, configuring automation hardware and software, and participating in installation, testing, and commissioning at client sites. The role involves troubleshooting equipment and system issues, optimizing process control for energy efficiency, and collaborating with project teams to deliver timely and reliable solutions. Documentation, adherence to safety standards,



and communication with clients and internal stakeholders are integral to the position. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Indore, with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and industrial power/control systems.
- Hands-on experience with Automation technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Knowledge of Process Control, including instrumentation, control loops, and system integration.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting electrical and automation systems to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Exposure to Robotics or advanced motion control solutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Ability to read and create electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and best practices for industrial installations.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate on-site and remotely.
- Willingness to travel to client locations around Indore and nearby regions as required.
