We are looking for a full-time AI Video Ad Creator to take ownership of producing high-performing video ads using AI.

At Dojo, we produce scroll-stopping video ads at scale using AI — turning a brief into a concept and script, generating visuals and footage with AI models, editing them into finished ads, and testing them on real client accounts.

This is not a role where you'll simply be handed editing tasks. You'll be expected to think creatively, execute independently, understand what makes an ad convert, and continuously improve your output based on performance data and feedback.

Experience: Relevant experience in AI video creation, video editing and performance marketing preferred.

Location: Remote / Bangalore

Compensation: ₹35,000/month

Core Responsibilities

1) AI Video Ad Production

- Turn client briefs into scripts, hooks and storyboards
- Produce AI-generated video ads from concept to final export
- Generate visuals and footage using AI image/video tools
- Edit and assemble ads with strong pacing and storytelling
- Create multiple creative variations for testing
- Deliver platform-ready assets in the correct formats

2) Creative Strategy & Research

- Research competitors and winning ads using the Meta Ad Library and other tools
- Identify patterns in hooks, formats, offers and creative angles
- Study consumer behaviour and audience pain points
- Develop new concepts based on market and competitor insights

3) Creative Testing & Performance

- Review creative performance data
- Identify winning and losing hooks, concepts and formats
- Iterate on creatives using performance data
- Generate new variations of winning creatives
- Understand metrics such as CTR, CPA, hook rate, hold rate and ROAS

4) AI Workflow & Systems

- Stay updated with new AI video, image, audio and productivity tools
- Test current tools and workflows independently
- Build prompt libraries and reusable systems
- Document successful processes
- Find ways to increase creative production speed without compromising quality

5) Client & Team Collaboration





- Understand and execute against client briefs
- Communicate creative ideas clearly
- Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately
- Collaborate with performance marketers and other creatives
- Take ownership of deadlines and deliverables

Must-Have Skills

- Strong sense of storytelling, hooks, pacing and visual composition
- Ability to create concepts that grab attention quickly
- Ability to translate a product or insight into a compelling ad
- Strong understanding of short-form video

AI & Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar
- Experience with AI image/video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Nano Banana or similar
- Good video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar
- Comfortable learning unfamiliar software independently

Marketing Fundamentals

- Understanding of direct-response advertising
- Understanding of what makes a performance ad convert
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Understanding of common creative/performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, hook rate, hold rate and ROAS

Nice to Have

1. A portfolio, reel or samples of AI-generated / edited video work
2. Motion graphics, design or sound-editing skills
3. Prior experience running or creating social ads
