- Managing the vendor to run the smooth operation and reporting the issue time to time
- Monitoring the daily operations and reporting

- Ensuring all the safety parameters are monitored and reported
- Ensuring all the operational regulatory parameters are met
- Ensuring all the firms specified operational safety parameters are met
- Ensuring no deviation on firm's contractual compliance are met, i.e., Trainings, and on boarding process etc.
