This role is ideal for an early-career developer who wants hands-on exposure to modern full-stack engineering and AI-powered development while working alongside experienced engineers and product teams.

What You'll Do

You'll be involved across the product lifecycle, from understanding a requirement to building, testing, deploying, and improving it.

- Build and maintain scalable, responsive web applications across the frontend and backend.
- Develop clean and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build backend services, APIs and integrations that power web and enterprise applications.
- Work with databases and design productive data models and queries.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services, third-party APIs and cloud services.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable and production-ready code.
- Debug issues, investigate root causes and improve application reliability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
- Work closely with designers, QA engineers, product teams and senior developers.
- Contribute to application security, scalability, performance and observability.
- Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Learn, experiment and evaluate new technologies that can improve the way we build products.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in software/full-stack development. Internships, academic projects and strong personal projects count.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
- Working knowledge of at least one backend technology such as Node.js, Java, Python, .NET or PHP.
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP and frontend-backend integration.
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL or another relational database.
- Exposure to MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Comfortable using Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Good understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms and core software engineering concepts.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Basic exposure to Docker, CI/CD or cloud platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.




- Ability to read documentation, investigate problems independently and learn unfamiliar technologies.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

You'll stand out if you have:

- Built and deployed a complete web application.
- A GitHub portfolio or meaningful personal projects.
- Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Exposure to microservices or event-driven architectures.
- Experience writing unit or integration tests.
- Worked with authentication, payments, third-party APIs or real-time applications.
- Experimented with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or other LLM APIs.
- Built an AI-powered feature, chatbot, RAG application, AI agent or automation.
- Experience with modern developer tools and AI-assisted coding workflows.
- Contributed to an open-source project.
