Working Days:Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Recruitment, attendance, deployment, compliance, contractor agreements, bill submission

➢ Apprenticeship: End-to-end recruitment, issuing contracts, stipend processing

➢ Recruitment: Coordinating with T&A; team, conducting onboarding programs

➢ Payroll Activities: Monthly payroll processing, appraisal support, bonus processing

➢ Housekeeping & Security: Deployment and compliance management

➢ Employee Engagement: Monthly activities, festival and team celebrations

➢ Training & Development: Maintaining training calendar, ensuring monthly sessions

➢ Legal Compliance: Coordinating with legal team, contractor audits, maintaining factory registers

Prepared and tracked employee working hours and weekly off compliance

➢ Verified statutory documents of contractors monthly





➢ Managed Goa Online Services, BOAT & NAPS portals

➢ Prepared and submitted quarterly, half-yearly, and annual returns

➢ Renewed factory licenses and maintained compliance registers under FA, MWA & PWA

➢ Assisted HR team with recruitment, interviews, and government-related works

Managed attendance and conducted interviews for casual labor and permanent staff

➢ Handled joining formalities, payroll processing, bonus calculation

➢ Filed quarterly, half-yearly, and annual returns

➢ Oversaw contract labor management, vendor billing, statutory/legal compliance

➢ Managed administration activities, issued offer/appointment letters, conducted exit interviews, processed full & final settlemens

➢ Supervised security, PCI, and housekeeping teams
