Position: VP – Marketing | Real Estate

CTC: Up to ₹60 LPA (Basis Last Drawn CTC)

_*Position Overview:*_
We are looking for an experienced *VP – Marketing* to lead the overall marketing function and drive brand growth, project marketing, customer acquisition, lead generation, and business growth for large-scale real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have *15+ years of experience in Real Estate Marketing*, with a strong track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for residential projects, managing large marketing budgets, driving project launches, building strong brands, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong expertise in real estate project marketing, brand strategy, digital and performance marketing, media planning, customer acquisition, market research, campaign management, agency leadership, and marketing analytics.

*Key Responsibilities:*
• Lead performance marketing and lead-generation initiatives across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and marketing ROI
• Evaluate media plans, campaign performance, agency performance, and marketing spends to maximise ROI
• Lead relationships with creative agencies, media agencies,



digital agencies, PR firms, production houses, consultants, and other strategic partners
• Develop content, thought leadership, PR, corporate communication, social media, and reputation-building initiatives
• Drive innovative marketing initiatives, current customer acquisition channels, emerging technologies, and data-driven marketing strategies
• Lead and mentor senior marketing professionals and build a high-performing, accountable, and innovation-driven marketing organisation

*Qualifications & Requirements:*
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field mandatory
• MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business Management will be an added advantage
• 15+ years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, preferably with Tier 1 Real Estate Developers
• Proven experience leading end-to-end marketing for large-scale residential real estate projects
• Strong experience in project launches, brand positioning, integrated campaigns
• Proven experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
• Strong experience managing creative, digital, media, PR
