About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong procurement experience in the IT System Integration industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, IT product sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, purchase orders, and timely delivery of technology products and solutions.

The ideal candidate should have established relationships with OEMs, distributors, and IT vendors and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure products and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
- Source hardware, software, networking, security, data center, cloud, and related IT products.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and IT product vendors.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, Finance, and Delivery teams.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery according to project/customer requirements.
- Prepare, issue,



and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Track order status, deliveries, pending orders, and vendor commitments.
- Resolve vendor-related issues involving pricing, availability, delivery, and order fulfilment.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement costs.
- Maintain vendor databases, procurement records, and MIS/reports.
- Ensure adherence to internal procurement processes and approval workflows.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of reliable IT vendors and suppliers.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- Mandatory experience in IT System Integration (SI) industry.
- Strong experience dealing with OEMs, distributors, and IT vendors.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure products including:
- Servers
- Storage
- Networking
- Security
- Data Center
- Cloud
- Strong vendor management and commercial negotiation skills.
- Experience in quotation evaluation and commercial comparison.
- Hands-on experience with Purchase Orders and order management.
- Good understanding of procurement and supply-chain processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working with IT System Integrators, IT Infrastructure companies, OEMs, or IT distributors will be preferred.
