About the role

Royal Thread, the garment manufacturing unit of Elite Uniforms (Saudi Arabia), based in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai, produces industrial workwear and uniforms - FR/FRC coveralls, pants, shirts and polo t-shirts - exported to oil & gas and industrial clients in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We are hiring a hands-on Production Merchandiser to own export orders from PO to shipment.

Responsibilities

- Own orders end-to-end: order sheets, TNA, WIP tracking and production follow-up through dispatch
- Source fabrics, trims and accessories; follow up with vendors and job-work (CMT) units
- Prepare fabric consumption and costing support; coordinate purchases
- Coordinate with our Saudi head office on specs, samples, approvals and delivery schedules




- Run pre-final inspections and AQL checkpoints; prepare packing lists and export documentation

Requirements

- 3-7 years as Production / Garment Merchandiser in a garment factory or export house
- Experience with woven workwear, uniforms or industrial garments preferred
- Robust Excel; ERP experience a plus; working English
- Based in Navi Mumbai / Thane / Mumbai region - the role is on-site at our Koparkhairane unit
