- ResponsibletomanageCclassitemsprocurementactivities
- E2EPurchasingCyclewhichincludedPRtoPO,sendingPOtosuppliers,PO Confirmation, Delivery follow up and supplier payment coordination.
- Coordinationwithvendors foractual deliverystatusofmaterial.
- OnTimecompletionofOpenPurchaseOrderReportandShortageReportfor Review.
- WorkingonPullin,pushout&CancellationaspertheMRPreportandachieving the KPI Targets.
- MaintainInventorytooptimumlevelaspersiterequirement.
- CoordinatewithInternalBusinessPartner(requestor)andsupplierforPurchase Order Changes.
- ManagingSupplierdatabase.
- ShouldincludeShortage/excessescalationmanagement
- Co-ordinate and follow through on urgent receive, past dues Management and resolving receiving challenges.
