Job Title: Senior SOC Analyst (Shift Lead)

We are seeking an experienced Senior SOC Analyst (6+ years) to serve as a player-coach and shift lead within our Security Operations Center.

1. Lead SOC shift operations while actively participating in monitoring, investigation, and response activities.
2. Analyze, triage, and investigate security alerts using existing security tools including Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, TheHive, and related platforms.
3. Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical oversight to junior analysts during assigned shifts.
4. Execute incident response activities in accordance with established playbooks, processes, and escalation procedures.

Coordinate with customer security teams to ensure timely resolution of security incidents and threats.
6. Perform threat hunting, log analysis, and root cause investigations within the existing security stack.
7. Ensure accurate documentation of incidents, findings, and response actions in case management systems.
8. Drive shift handovers, operational reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
9. Work under the day-to-day direction of the customer security team, while remaining employed and managed by the employer of record.
10. Solid experience in SOC operations, SIEM, EDR, incident response, and security monitoring is required.
