We are looking for a skilled PCB Design Engineer with strong experience in high-power and high-frequency PCB design. The candidate should have a valuable understanding of signal integrity, noise, EMI/EMC principles, creepage and clearance requirements, and PCB design practices for reliable and compliant electronic products. The role involves designing, reviewing, and optimizing PCB layouts while ensuring electrical, thermal, safety, and regulatory requirements are met.

Job Description

Design and develop high-power and high-frequency PCB layouts based on circuit and system requirements.

Analyze and address noise, signal integrity, EMI, and EMC challenges in PCB designs.

Apply appropriate grounding, shielding, routing, filtering, and decoupling techniques to minimize noise and electromagnetic interference.

Ensure proper creepage and clearance distances in accordance with applicable safety and design standards.





Review PCB layouts for power integrity, signal integrity, thermal performance, and manufacturability.

Work closely with hardware, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to resolve PCB design issues.

Perform design reviews, schematic-to-layout validation, and PCB layout optimization.

Support EMI/EMC testing and debugging, identifying root causes and implementing corrective design changes.

Ensure PCB designs meet relevant electrical safety, EMC, reliability, and industry standards.

Collaborate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors to address manufacturing and design-related issues.

Maintain proper PCB design documentation, design guidelines, and revision records.

Troubleshoot PCB-related issues during prototype development, testing, and production.
