Reporting To: Director – AI / Enterprise Applications / Digital Transformation

Budget: 30 - 33 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for an **Enterprise AI Platform Manager** to manage the administration, governance, security, and adoption of enterprise AI platforms.

The role will be responsible for managing user access, licenses, entitlements, platform operations, governance processes, vendor coordination, and enterprise-wide AI rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage enterprise AI platforms, licenses, workspaces, user access, and provisioning workflows.

* Handle onboarding, offboarding, access requests, entitlements, and consumption controls.

* Monitor platform health, usage, operational metrics, and support requirements.

* Coordinate AI security, privacy, legal, compliance, and governance reviews.

* Evaluate and support the rollout of recent AI platforms, tools, agents, and integrations.

* Develop onboarding/training materials and support enterprise AI adoption.

* Work closely with Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Procurement,



and business teams.

* Manage vendors, operational documentation, and platform improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

* Experience in **enterprise application administration, SaaS operations, AI operations, platform operations, or IT service management**.

* Strong understanding of **AI governance, security, and enterprise adoption**.

* Experience with **Identity & Access Management, Entra ID, SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and user provisioning**.

* Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

## Preferred Skills

* Experience with **ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or GitHub Copilot**.

* Knowledge of **AI agents, MCP, AWS/Azure, APIs, and enterprise integrations**.

* Experience with **ServiceNow/Jira, automation, scripting, analytics, or operational reporting**.
