GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

We are looking for a Head of Total Rewards, Global Capability Center (GCC) to shape and deliver Total Rewards strategy for Aon's GCC locations. This role will partner with global and regional stakeholders to design competitive, scalable and locally relevant rewards programs aligned to Aon's enterprise Total Rewards philosophy. You will report into the Global Compensation Partner, ABS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The colleague is responsible for:





- Adapt Aon's philosophy for each GCC location while maintaining enterprise and regional alignment.
- Establish a market monitoring process to inform rewards decisions and maintain a clear view of total rewards costs.
- Build rewards capability among GCC leadership, People Organization partners and key stakeholders.

- Ensure a clear GCC-specific Total Rewards philosophy is in place for each location, aligned to enterprise principles:
- Market competitiveness
- Pay-for-performance
- Alignment to business and shareholder outcomes

- Act as subject matter expert for GCC market intelligence, ensuring rewards remain competitive, scalable, and aligned to enterprise and region/companywide objectives.
- Partner with Global Centre of Excellence (COE) to analyse TR programs in relation to comparable industries and other benchmark data

- As a trusted advisor to GCC Leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance consult on rewards decisions balancing cost optimization, market competitiveness and internal equity:
- Offer recommendations and approvals
- Promotions and internal movements
- Off-cycle and complex compensation decisions
- Rewards policies and processes

- Maintain knowledge of government regulations influencing TR
- Train and educate HR and the business on TR philosophy, programs and practices





SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

- Subject matter expertise in total rewards, broad based compensation and governance, with an ability to demonstrate this knowledge to gain instant credibility
- Experience managing total rewards programs within a large multinational organisation. Experience supporting Global Capability Centers, shared services, or offshore delivery models preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a global matrixed environment
- Ability to translate complex rewards topics into clear, practical guidance
- Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills

- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
