Role: Plant Support / Application Support Engineer_ Hyderabad Location

Location : Hyderabad

Job Description:

- Handling escalated calls and critical tasks like Backup & restore and maintain the log book of every incident
- Perform SOP based activities including App support, User and Access Management, Backup and Restoration, Date and Time Check, Windows Controller Checks, Pre-emptive Maintenance Checks etc.
- Handle escalated plant support issues.
- Coordinate plant IT projects and initiatives.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant IT facilities.
- Having prior experience in pharma application
- Develop and update plant support documentation.
- Exp into GxP
- OS Installation.
- OS Trouble shooting, Hardware Trouble shooting.
- User accounts creation, maintance and password recovery.
- Maintain Network and trouble shooting.
- Sharing and security.
- Remote Assistance & Remote Desktop.
- Adding System into Domain.
- User id creation ,modification ,disable as per 21CFR in different applications like Zenon , Visual .




- Installing , Configuring ,Troubleshooting the printer in Zenon,Visual and other applications.
- Having experience the take backups in Zenon ,Visual, simatic wincc runtime , kilian HMI, Hata indusoft ,Ecostructure ,Lin mot talk.
- Configuring the outlook and troubleshooting outlook related issues.
- Troubleshooting the communication related issues in Production & Packing equipment’s.
- Having experience on Sato and tsc printer installation in network local level and trouble shooting.
- User id creation ,modification ,disable processes as per 21CFR which are used in packing like pharma pack,Jekson ,SPAN,Retrack communication & BPO application.
- Taking the manual backup and Restore & Review the data as per periodic schedule and Adhoc.
- Supporting and coordinating with vendors to resolve the issues in applications.
