- SAP EWM end-to-end process design, configuration, testing, and support
- Serialization & Traceability
- Service Depot, Repair & Returns Processes
- Customer Consignment Inventory Management
- Subcontracting & WIP Stock Flow Management
- Advanced Returns Management (ARM)
- EWM Queues, IDocs, and RF Transactions Troubleshooting
- Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes & VAS
- Functional Specification Preparation and ABAP Coordination
- Cutover Planning, Data Migration, and Hypercare Support
Experience Required
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience
- At least 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations
- Solid knowledge of non-SAP integrations and warehouse operations
- Experience in manufacturing/service depot environments preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP EWM solutions
- Resolve EWM queues, IDoc, and RF-related issues
- Support warehouse operations and business processes
- Work with ABAP teams for custom developments
- Participate in data migration, cutover, and hypercare activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA compliance
- Prepare technical/functional documentation
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and work independently
