Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals. This hybrid role combines technical leadership and people management, requiring expertise in Database technologies, Datawarehouse with Data model, Python, and AI/ML concepts.

The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery and ensuring alignment with business strategy while fostering innovation in data and AI initiatives.

/n

/n

Job Responsibility:

/n

Lead and deliver multiple concurrent data and AI-driven projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

/n

Own the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

/n

Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

/n

Drive Agile methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency and adaptability.

/n

Manage and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

/n

Provide hands-on technical leadership and people management

/n

Guide architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy.

/n

Drive adoption of AI/ML solutions to support business goals (predictive analytics, automation, analytics use cases).

/n

Ensure best practices in code quality, data governance, performance tuning,



and security.

/n

Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML technologies to improve business processes and decision-making.

/n

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data engineers, developers, and analysts.

/n

Perform performance management, coaching, and career development of team members.

/n

Allocate resources effectively across projects in a matrix environment.

/n

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

/n

/n

Technical/Required Skills:

/n

8+ years of Strong expertise in:

/n

Database technologies (Snowflake preferred); Database design, development, and optimization

/n

Python programming

/n

Data engineering, Data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and DWH with data modeling

/n

Python-based data engineering and automation solutions

/n

Experience in ETL development using Power Center, Data Stage, AWS preferred or any other ETL tool

/n

Strong capabilities in SQL development on any of the large-scale data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, SQL Server, etc.

/n

Understanding of SQL table structure and DDL – primary & foreign keys, required columns, naming and data typing standards - and why they are significant.

/n

General understanding of Data Warehousing technology, ETL processes – facts, dimensions, star and snowflake schemas, data warehouse schema layers, SCD

/n

Exposure to AI/ML concepts and implementations in business contexts.

/n

Good to have Skills/Experience:
