- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Robust understanding of software configuration management and product lifecycle management concepts.
- Experience with system integration and customization within complex software environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software deployment and maintenance.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools that support collaborative engineering efforts.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
