Job Description:

We are looking for a agile and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in SaaS/Software sales, particularly in CRM and HRMS products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative approach to selling, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for CRM and HRMS solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand potential customer needs and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate product features to prospective clients through virtual and in-person meetings.
- Develop proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead nurturing to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive upselling and referrals.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events targeting potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in the CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 1–5 years in B2B SaaS/software sales (CRM/HRMS sales experience preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of HR, payroll, and business process workflows is a plus.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with using CRM tools for sales tracking.
