We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to work closely with the Founders and support the growth of our B2B business. /n

We work in the adaptable packaging industry, serving clients across FMCG, Beauty and Pharmaceuticals and other industries. /n

What you’ll do: /n

- Identify and reach out to potential B2B customers /n

/n- Research companies, brands and relevant markets to generate leads /n
/n- Manage follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline /n
/n- Coordinate with clients and internal teams through the sales process /n
/n- Assist with quotations, presentations, samples and other sales requirements /n
/n- Support marketing activities, customer communication and industry outreach /n
/n- Track leads, opportunities and ongoing conversations /n

/n- Work closely with the Founders on new business opportunities and initiatives /n





What we’re looking for: /n

- Proactive and willing to take end-to-end ownership of assigned work /n

/n- Curious, eager to learn and genuinely interested in the packaging/FMCG industry /n
/n- Good communication and interpersonal skills /n
/n- Comfortable with research, outreach and speaking to clients /n
/n- Organised, detail-oriented and strong on follow-through /n

/n- Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do /n

Location: Greater Noida /n

/n Preferred: Candidates based in Noida / Greater Noida /n

This is a hands-on role with an opportunity to learn directly from the Founders and grow with the business. /n
