About the Role
/n
/n
Lemora Global is looking for proactive and detail-oriented Research Analysts to support our US Staffing and Business Development teams. The role will focus on market research, identifying prospective clients and key decision-makers, lead generation, and maintaining accurate prospect data.
/n
/n
Key Responsibilities:
/n
/n
/n
- Research potential clients and hiring companies across the US market.
/n
- Identify Hiring Managers, Directors, VPs, and other key decision-makers.
/n
- Generate qualified leads for the Business Development team.
/n
- Use Linked In, company websites, Apollo, Zoom Info, Google, and other research platforms.
/n
- Build and maintain accurate prospect and contact databases.
/n
- Validate emails, phone numbers, company information, and decision-maker details.
/n
- Update leads and activities regularly in CRM/ATS.
/n
- Research industry trends,
hiring activity, and potential staffing opportunities.
/n
- Work closely with Business Development Managers and Recruiters.
/n
- Meet daily and monthly research and lead-generation targets.
/n
/n
/n
Required Skills:
/n
/n
/n
- Excellent internet research and analytical skills.
/n
- Robust written and verbal English communication.
/n
- Good knowledge of Linked In and online research techniques.
/n
- Understanding of US Staffing / US Recruitment is preferred.
/n
- Experience with Apollo, Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, or similar tools is an advantage.
/n
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
/n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
/n
