About the Role

/n

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure integrations, SQL Server, and enterprise application support .

/n

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling Dynamics 365 development and customization, Power Platform solutions, Azure-based integrations, on-premises CRM support, production troubleshooting, and CI/CD activities.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

/n

- Develop and maintain Plugins, Workflows, Custom Actions, Power Automate flows, PCF Controls, Java Script, Type Script , and custom integrations.

/n

- Build and support Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse .

/n

- Develop enterprise integrations using Azure Functions, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management .

/n

- Develop solutions using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, Web APIs, Java Script, Type Script, and PCF .

/n

- Support Dynamics CRM on-premises environments, including SQL queries, stored procedures, reporting solutions, and environment troubleshooting.

/n

- Support CI/CD and deployment activities across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.

/n

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, production incidents, integration failures, and performance issues.

/n

- Collaborate with functional consultants,



business analysts, architects, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

/n

- Implement secure and scalable integrations with external systems and enterprise applications.

/n

- Apply Dynamics 365 security models including role-based access control and field-level security.

/n

- Work with Dev Ops, source control, branching, build pipelines, release pipelines, and deployment governance.

/n

- Prepare technical documentation, solution design notes, deployment documentation, and operational handover materials.

/n

Required Skills & Experience

/n

/n

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development .

/n

- Senior-level experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or equivalent.

/n

/n

- Understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and error handling.

- Experience with Azure Dev Ops, source control, CI/CD, build and release pipelines .

/n

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and technical documentation skills.
