Brainware University is expanding it s AI Research & Development Cell and is looking for talented individuals who can analyze data deeply, identify meaningful patterns, generate actionable insights and support better institutional decisions .

This is not a routine Reporting role. It is an opportunity to work on high-impact assignments connected to Admissions, Academics, Finance, Placements, Pre-Placements and Institutional strategy while contributing to a fast-moving data-driven decision-support environment.

What the role involves:

/n

/n

- Analysing Institutional data from areas such as Admissions, Academics, Finance, Placements, Pre-Placements and Strategy

/n

- Identifying trends, issues, gaps and opportunities for improvement

/n

- Preparing Analytical Summaries, Dashboards, Reports and Decision-supporting notes

/n

- Using AI tools to improve the speed, depth and quality of Data analysis and Interpretation

/n

- Working with relevant teams to convert data into practical recommendations and measurable Action points

/n

/n

/n

Desired profile:

/n

/n

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

/n

- Ability to interpret data clearly and convert it into insights and decisions

/n





- Familiarity with Excel is essential; exposure to Power BI/Tableau, Python, SQL, Statistics or other Analytical tools would be an advantage

/n

- Familiarity with AI tools for Data analysis, Interpretation, Reporting or Workflow improvement would be preferred

/n

- Candidates from Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related backgrounds may apply

/n

- UG is essential; PG is desirable

/n

Freshers with exceptional analytical ability and strong practical exposure may also be considered

/n
