Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for an Article Assistant, located in Gurgaon. Responsibilities include assisting with audits, accounting, financial statement preparation, tax computation, and compliance work.



The candidate will also perform tasks involving statutory and secretarial filings, support with GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements, and assist with report preparation and client communications.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Accounting, Taxation, and preparation of Financial Statements
- Knowledge of Compliance, Regulatory Practices, and Secretarial Filings
- Understanding of Assurance, Auditing, and Risk Management
- Strong analytical, Research, and Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using financial and accounting software
- Excellent communication skills for written and verbal interactions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an organized manner
- Pursuing or completed Chartered Accountant (CA) Internship or Articleship
- Experience in working with a CA firm is an advantage
