- Experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills – No compromise.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service / customer support.
- Solid ability to handle inbound calls on a daily basis.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure and stressful environments .
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts , including rotational shifts.
- Strong adaptability and learning mindset .
