Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HEMM with strong hands-on experience in maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery and heavy equipment .

The ideal candidate should have expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, team handling, and maintenance planning .

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of HEMM and heavy machinery.

- Handle maintenance of Excavators, Loaders, Dumpers, Crushers, EOT Cranes, HCVs, and similar equipment .

- Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize breakdowns and downtime.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.

- Conduct breakdown analysis, RCA ,



and implement corrective actions.

- Lead maintenance teams and manage workshop/site maintenance activities.

- Maintain maintenance schedules, records, MIS, and reports.

- Coordinate with site and corporate teams to achieve maintenance and reliability targets.

- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering – Mandatory

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in HEMM / Heavy Equipment Maintenance

- Strong experience in Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

- Hands-on experience with heavy equipment such as:
- Excavators

- Loaders

- Dumpers

- Crushers

- EOT Cranes

- HCVs

- Other Heavy Earth Moving Machinery

- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Hydraulic & Electrical systems

- Experience in maintenance planning, team handling, troubleshooting, and RCA
