Overview:TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan that offers strategic talent solutions to our clients worldwide.Job Title: Workday ConsultantWork Location: Mumbai, MHJob Type: Temporary AssignmentDuration: 4 MonthsWork Type: Remote ( INDIA)Job Description:The person should be seasoned and well familiar with Workday functional and some technical ( reports, Calc fields, etc) which are needed the next few months.Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, including Time Tracking, and Absence Management, Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation,Modify Calc fields, reports, conditions rules and Absence plans as needed for retrofitting needed for projectConfigure, test, and deploy Workday solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.Administer and maintain Workday security, including security group updates, access controls for various employee populations, and user notification configurations.Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides,



and training materials.Your Qualifications5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Workday HCM functional and technical contractorStrong understanding and hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with specific expertise in Time Tracking, Absence, and Leave.Verify familiar with calc field changes, reports, and functional changes.Proven ability to act as a self-starter, working independently to manage tasks and able to pick up fast in a quick delivery projects.Experience in a support team workplace, with the ability to handle escalations effectively.Proven ability to manage complex issues independently while collaborating effectively across teams.Strong experience in reporting, troubleshooting, and supporting production operations in Workday.Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform accurate validation under tight deadlinesTekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
